Privacy Policy
VacationTrac is a private trip planner. This page explains what it stores on your device and what you control.
Essential cookies
If you open a shared trip and tell us your first name, a signed cookie remembers you on that one trip so your RSVPs are saved under your name. Signing in to the admin area sets a session cookie. These are needed for the site to work and are always on.
Analytics
With your permission, a small analytics script counts page visits so we can see how the site is used. It is off until you choose "Accept All" or switch Analytics on in the cookie banner. If you choose "Essential Only", it never loads.
Your choice
Your cookie choice is saved in your browser. To change it, clear this site's data in your browser and the banner will ask again.
